I am trying to get help for a license issue, but the support ticket form on your website is not working for me, and the chatbot is unavailable in my region (Turkey). I also sent an email to the support address, but it was rejected. This forum is my last option to get help.
Here is my problem:
I received a voucher for a free software bundle with my purchase of an Arturia MiniLab 3. I chose the "Band" bundle, which includes many of your products. The redemption process failed before completion, but the voucher code was consumed.
The license for the "Band" bundle is not in my Native Instruments account or in Native Access.
Could a moderator or a support member please help me create a support ticket or look into my account?
