When using Maschine software and the MK3, the display on the S49 shows "No Instrument/Effect Loaded. Use Maschine Browser on your computer to load an Instrument/Effect"
Does the S49 display not follow the Maschine MK3 display?
The MK3 keyboard has no NKS integration with Maschine. Crazy I know since the previous MK2 has full NKS integration, browsing and transport control the MK3 they decided not enough users use Maschine and a keyboard at the same time so left it out. They have said they may add some support back but that could be years (or a decade) wait at the current rate.
Thanks. The keyboard's display does show various instrument screens, but little else at this point. Not a big deal. Just seems a bit incomplete for what I think the NI folks may actually want.
