I recently had the opportunity to upgrade from Komplet 15 Standard to Komplet 15 Ultimate.
At first, I noticed that some instruments hadn't loaded all the plugins correctly.
Also, when loading a plugin, the general sound of the master became robotic, and when moving plugin parameters on the screen (not on Maschine hardware), the Maschine 3 program and the plugin occasionally closed, so when I reopened it, RESTORE appeared.
I reinstalled the instruments that didn't work or that the program told me it couldn't find when opening, as well as the Maschine 3 software.
I was able to create a new track with some inconveniences, such as the inability to quantize, an option I don't use much, and Maschine 3 was very slow to open.
When I started another track, problems with the robotic sound similar to those mentioned above reappeared.
I tried to solve it the same way, but it didn't work. I've been following the support bot's recommendations, but it doesn't work, and I'm not sure what I'm doing either.
I bought the computer exclusively for music; the total memory is 2 terabytes, and I installed a lot of RAM.
If it's necessary, I could erase everything and reinstall, but I still think the error could repeat itself. What can I do?
