Traktor turntable not staying in same place related to audio file

Hi,

I try to scratch with my Traktor Kontrol S4 which has motorized turntables but when I have longer scracth and I return playhead back to beginning of scratch the audiofile has moved and I have to calibrate it again, does somebody know why this is happening and how to fix it?
