I'm trying to create a mapping for the Remix decks using a spare launchpad I have sitting around. I'm barely into it and already run into a problem. I want to be able to trigger/play an individual cell in a slot with one press of a button and then stop the same cell by pressing that same button.

Now triggering the cell is not hard, I did that with add in > remix deck > direct mapping > and picking my desired slot. My problem is stopping that from playing, I'm using remix deck > slot stop/delete/load and I can make it work if I assign that to a different button on my launchpad, but it doesn't work when I try to use the same button I triggered it with.

I've included a couple of screenshots. Help. Is there another way to stop it from playing? What am I doing wrong. Thanks.

Add the same condition from the 'stop/delete/load' assignment to the cell trigger, but with the state 'stopped'. This way, only one of the assignments will ever be triggered at the same time using the same button.

Your only choices on the condition are "Empty, Loaded or Playing" there is no stopped option. I tried with loaded but that doesn't work. Any other ideas? It's not that big of a deal to have to use a different button if I have to, it'd just be so much cleaner in the end as the launchpad has 64 buttons for 64 cells in a remix deck. Maybe I'm using the wrong command to stop it from playing, there seems to be a plethora of options for remix decks.

So it doesn’t work when you can add the Loaded condition on the play button, and the Playing condition on the stop button? Because then the play button shouldn’t trigger when it’s already playing.
