I recently transferred my maschine MK3 to his new owner. When i bought it it cames with komplete select 14. I thought komplete select would be transfered to… and it doesn't…
is there a way to transfer it ?

I think that it all depends on the exact situation.
Usually then if the Komplete Select is considered 'base software' for the unit then you the owner can not transfer the Komplete Select since it is then Komplete Select for HW (but then it should say so at the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page) , and then also the second-hand buyer will receive their own copy at registration of the hardware serial. If however the Komplete Select were/is not 'base software' for the hardware then it will depend entirely on the situation if the Select is transferable or not, I mean if the Komplete Select has been considered as a 'for HW' edition or as a separate product bought with the unit. But again then if what you have is Komplete Select for HW then it should say so at the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page.
Also then please notice that since the entry of Komplete 15 on the scene then Komplete Select now comes in three different flavors which means that Komplete Select 15 is no longer automatically added to account when transferring hardware that has Select as base software. Now people will get a voucher to go buy the Komplete 15 Select of their choice for zero using the voucher code , this also means that people needs to check their spam folders for any emails from N.I. , and also take care to scan all of the emails to make sure that they do not miss anything.
Further more then the first 60 days after a product has been registered to your account then you can not transfer it yourself and then you need the help of Support.

Has the buyer got a Komplete Select license? That you kept your license is correct if you just created a transfer ID for the hardware.
