Firmware for S61 stuck in install

Just bought the S61 and I'm updating the firmware from 0.2.7 to 1.9.4 and the yellow box still says Please stand by while your KONTROL S MK3 is being updated and do not disconnect it from the USB.

It is still spinning and has been for 10 minutes and the rainbow led lights are sweeping on the keyboard still and the keyboard screen still says Updating your keyboard…don't disconnect.

What do I do? It isn't loading and I don't want to turn it off but I need to go to bed.

    Leave it updating over night - that's what I did.

    Also: Did you plug in the second USB port for lots of extra power? To the best of my understanding, not having enough extra power, makes the firmware upgrades very slow (several hours).
