I bought machine plus from Amazon. I paid full price. But I can’t register it because it’s been registered already. It been 2 days since I made a claim about it but I haven’t gotten any response about what to do

If you want to return the unit is between you and the seller, but it ought not be necessary since N.I. support ought to be able to fix the problem for you.
But there is no phone support and you can not initiate support by writing an email address. For initiating support then you need to use the support web interface.
