I bought machine plus from Amazon. I paid full price. But I can’t register it because it’s been registered already. It been 2 days since I made a claim about it but I haven’t gotten any response about what to do

    return the item back to amazon… seek a refund!

    others here may try to convince you to jump through additional hoops with NI support and all the additional drama that will follow!!

    save yourself the headache….

    send it back!

    btw.. what did you pay for your unit?? im curious

    If you want to return the unit is between you and the seller, but it ought not be necessary since N.I. support ought to be able to fix the problem for you.

    But there is no phone support and you can not initiate support by writing an email address. For initiating support then you need to use the support web interface.

    Yeah, just talk to NI support, with proof of payment they will likely just give you a new serial.
