My Traktor S4 Mk3 has a problem. The pot that controls the effects on channel A is below the Low. When I set the pot to the middle where its cutoff point is, it remains activated and running in the program. The physical pot doesn't match the MIDI pot.

    In preferences, the settings for the S4mk3 should be at the bottom. Try the restore option first. If that doesn't work follow instructions for the Calibration. If none of this works try reinstalling the software with the Native Access application. If that still does not work, you may have a worn out knob.
