“Kontakt Factory Library installed but not visible in Kontakt 7 (Komplete 14)”

Hello,

I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Kontakt 7 and the Factory Library included in my Komplete 14 Standard bundle.

Everything has been properly installed via Native Access:

  • Kontakt 7 Full is activated and working
  • Kontakt Factory Library version 1.3.0 is installed (24.97 GB)
  • The .nicnt file is present, along with complete Instruments and Samples folders
  • Native Access shows the library as installed, with no “Repair” or “Relocate” option

Despite this:

  • The Factory Library does not appear in the Libraries panel of Kontakt 7
  • No “Kontakt Factory Library.xml” file has been generated in the Service Center folder
  • The libraries cannot be accessed in Kontakt 7, although everything is set up correctly

I have already tried:

  • Deleting old XML files in the Service Center folder
  • Performing a full reinstall of the Factory Library via Native Access
  • Resetting Kontakt 7’s interface (removing .ini/.json files)
  • Restarting the NTKDaemon service
  • Full system reboot

Please assist by either manually activating the Factory Library on my account, or providing specific steps to resolve this issue. I am attaching my Komplete 14 invoice if needed.
