I'm really annoyed about the problems with NI products, from handling the current K8 browser to Native Access.
I've been trying to download the updates in Native Access for days, but I keep getting the error message “Download Failed”. And yes, there is internet.
I have followed the instructions on Ni:

step by step without success. The problem persists. The NI support bot is no help.
Is there no more customer support at NI apart from this bot?
Maybe someone from the community can help me if NI doesn't work.
