No E-voucher after my purchase

Dear support team,

I have registered Komplete 15 standard 3 days ago.But I haven't received a confirmation email or e-voucher yet. I've already checked the trash mail and AD, still got nothing.Could you please take a look into it?

    Same here! Already raised a support ticket.

    Bought 15CE about a month ago.
