Kontrol S49 MK3 not connecting to NI Instruments on screen

Hi there, I've just fired up my studio setup and no longer have a link between my S49 MK3 keyboard and NI / Cubase. ie cannot see Komplete Kontrol repeated on my S49 Screen.

The S49 Firmware is up to date and I've tried different USB-C cables. Also tried using a USB-C hub and Power cable. Cubase can open the NI Instruments - and they can be played from the S49 just no option to Browsing/Modifying using S49.

In Stand Alone Komplete Kontrol mode, the 'Controller' menu option for the S49 is greyed out.

Hopefully I'm doing something daft - any thoughts ?

Thanks for the reply Jeremy. The Hardware Connection Service was up to date, but I uninstalled it and re-installed anyway. Still no joy.

I have raised a ticket via Support.
