Ignored by Support

I had a brief interaction with support 4 days ago they did not solve my issue and have been ignoring my messages since then. Is anyone else experiencing the same dreadful service?

Hey @Mike Black Box Your request is open. No one has been ignoring your messages. Your interaction with the chatbot was then turned into an email conversation. The last reply from my colleagues is from Friday. Our offices are closed on the weekends, my colleagues will get back to you as soon as possible. No need to recreate a ticket or a new chat, my colleagues will get back to you. Thanks for your patience.

I know support are very busy at the moment due to the sales, and they don't work weekends.
What's the problem you're having? We might be able to help here.

There is no support in the weekends and as far as I know then live chat is only available within normal work hours. So it is no use to try several times within time slots where the live chat is not available.
Also then support might take a couple of days getting back to you.
Also if you did not get any response then be sure to check email spam folder..
