Merging favorite files

This question has been asked before without any answers before. Is it possible to merge/synchronize VST instrument favorites3.db3 file from several machines ? I am NOT talking about copying favorites3.db3 but merging favorites data.
I was able to do this with Cubase Media Bay with a little bit of research on several of my machines using SQLite utility (I am a database pro).
