I found a bug with Traktor 4.2.0 beat grid

Seems like there is some issue where the tp4 is not analyzing tracks accurately. I will align the starting grid where I want then when I get near to the end of the track the grid is not in line. If manually type in the bpm the grid fixes the issue. Here is a video showing the problem. Seems there is some grid drift going on which is weird. I recently analyzed a batch of tracks but not all of them are affected with this issue.

    I already see that.

Here is probably what happen :

-Traktor calculate a bpm like 138.0099 but it show 138.00 (value rounded)

-If the track is a perfect 138.0000 bpm The beat grid will slightly drift off other track duration

-When you manually set 138.00 and press enter, you override the collection 138.0099 bpm value by 138.0000, but the interface keep showing 138.00, so you think it is the same.

-Visually, it is like a bug, but this is not. It is the bpm calculation that was a little upper or lower than the original track bpm, and i think it is normal in some case because bpm calculation is not perfect.

If you want a proof, re-analyze your track, close traktor (so it will update collection), open the collection.nml with an editor and find the entry corresponding to your track. You will probably see something like BPM=138.001.
