Where can I find the MIDI Split on S-Series MK3

Hi there, got today a S88 MK3 and try to integrate into my setup. I also have the S88 MK2 waiting for a buyer, so I have both systems simultaneously available.

I have some analog devices without keys and use the Komplete Kontrol “Keyboard Split Options”, no problem, with MK2, but MK3 seems a bit hidden.


When I select the MK2, the MIDI icon is available:

When I disconnect the MK2 and select MK3 the MIDI icon on the top right is vanishing:

I also tried to find it in the settings on the MK3 itself.

• I use the most recent firmware
• most recent NI Access, as well
• most recent Komplete Kontrol.

I am sitting here since hours to fix this. Please help me!

on the hardware

press shift and browser , you should have a default template , press edit , 2nd button of the 8 above the screen

You should be on the buttons and knob page , press the 2nd button again > 3 times to get to the key zone
