Traktor 2.11.

Hello. Long story short:
I have an old MacBook Pro 2011 which I’m keeping alive with 8 gig ram and 1tb ssd to run traktor scratch pro 2.
OS: 10.11.6 (el capitan)
Traktor 2: 2.11.3 17.
I am doing this because I want it to work with my traktor s4 mk2, traktor audio 10 and traktor x1 mk1 and z1 mk1. Old gen stuff I know, but it’s been working great for me so far, I have an M1 also with traktor 4 but I don’t use that laptop outside my studio, that’s why I am using the old one even tho I could use both the z1 and the s4mk2 with it.
So, the problem:
My cuepoints (blue ones) don’t get saved anymore.
I’ve tried erasing all the folders from ”my documents” but the problem still persists.
I’ve tried reinstalling traktor 2 with the dmg file found on NI website but it tells me I need native access to activate but native access won’t update so I can log in so traktor 2 is still running on what I assume is the old installment.
What I haven’t done is UNINSTALLING it completely, and then reinstalling it, but since I can’t log in to native access I won’t be able to do it anyway?
What to do?
Peace and love

Hey!
Please try to uninstall it completely and reinstall it. Since you are using an older OSX version, you should be able to install the following Native Access version.
Let me know if you manage to install it and authorize Pro 2 through there.0 -
Hey! That’s the version I have installed since before all this happened, but even with the laptop connected to wifi I can’t log in to native access. It’s trying to update, but it can’t and I have no login possibilities. I bought traktor scratch pro 2 so I have a full license and key to it.
How do I uninstall everything completely? I have an equally old version of ”Clean my Mac” on it so I could wipe everything out. Whoa.
Ok, so I’ll just uninstall everything even native access and see if I can play the gigs in Slovakia this coming weekend or not :p

Hey.
Please try a fresh install of Native Access.
Macintosh HD > Applications > Native Access.app (drag to trash)- Macintosh HD > Users > *Your User Name* > Library > Preferences > com.native-instruments.Native Access.plist (drag to trash)
- Macintosh HD > Users > *Your User Name* > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Native Access (drag to trash)
- (Remember, the Library folder in your User directory is hidden. In Finder, click "Go" in the menu bar, then hold the Option key and click "Library").
- Restart your Mac.
- Download the Native Access 1.10.0 installer.

Yo! I haven’t tried these steps yet, I uninstalled native access and traktor 2 via ”clean my mac x” and reinstalled both. Traktor 2 is working atm, it felt like a fresh install and I have to ”async” my whole library again and do all my settings. It works good for now and when I get back from my upcoming gigs I will follow those exact steps you just wrote.
Thanks so much for guiding me through this, I will do what you wrote and get back to you in this thread!!
