Porting Library + Stems files to new laptop?

Does anyone have any tips or a clear process on how I would go about moving an entire library which includes Stems generated files to a different laptop?
It takes an insane amount of time to generate stems on my existing gig laptop, so I want to move everything over to my gaming rig (which has a 9800X3D CPU) and back again in order to speed up a bulk analysis of 5,000 tracks.
