Kontakt Crashlog: major problem

Hi all,

I recently purchased Komplete 13 and downloaded Kontakt. I can't use it, I keep getting these messages:

For DAWs, I use Bandlab Cakewalk and FL studio. Thanks!

    It's either this or NA2<>NA1 not playing nice regarding authorization (roll back to NA1).

    1. Can you successfully run Kontakt as a Standalone?
    2. Does it show up in the FL & CbB plugin manager lists?

    Hi Brad, thanks for the reply,

    1. No, even if I only open Kontakt alone, it shows the crashlog right after I open it.
    2. No.

    Probably the best would be to uninstall and install once more...

    If it does not help, open Support Ticket, NI could identify, where might be the source of problems.
