Traktor Kontrol S2 MK2 doesn't connect on new macbook pro

I just installed Traktor Pro 3 on my new macbook but it doesn't recognise the S2 as a controller. I did check on my laptop and found it in the usb section connected. I don't know how to get it working

    What version of MacOS are you running? If it's Sequoia then TP3 isn't officially supported. I'd suggest downloading and installing the demo of TP4 to see if that fixes the problem. It works for 30 minutes at a time without restrictions so you'll get plenty of time to check things out. You can also try the usual suggestions of different USB cables and ports. Not that you have much of a choice of ports on a MacBook these days!
