I am unablt to map my Reloop digital jockey IE2 with my Traktor pro 4. It displays my controller under audio setup but the hardware is not functional

Hello,

I own the same device and it works fine in my case, you have to download the mapping from the reloop website or another one for that device, like from DJTT website. Then you add this as controller device and set the midi input and output for that accordingly. Or do you have no sound?
