I installed Massive but when it is run it says it cannot find the resource files, i re installed and it did not fix anything. Please Help

I have still not got this working or had any response from NI support. Please can someone help me get Massive working for me again on my laptop. Thanks Giles

I am not sure what you mean by "cannot find the resource files"…

Is it happened while installation through Native Access? Or after, when you opened the application?

Can you repeat the process and make a screen shot of that message?

How - exactly - are you installing this? What version of Massive?

Needs to be installed via Native Access - and only Native Access. Version 3.18.0 (or higher)

I think @Vocalpoint is correct and you are using a very old Massive version…

I searched online and found only one (!) reference for that error, from 2015 (without an answer/solution)!

If you are sure that you are using the latest Massive version, try to completely uninstall it, then use the NI Uninstall RegTool tool (download it from here, after you read how to do the process first) to clean the remaining entries. Then try to reinstall it.
