PreAmp for MAschine+ Line Input?

Hi there!

I have recently bougth a Roland TR-6S with the idea to connect to my Maschine+ via Line Input.

Problem is Input Gain is extremly low….and I do not want to use a Mixing just for this…so I was thinking to buy a preamp (or related) in order to connect the TR-6S roland with properly levels.

Not sure about if this is a nice solution so alternatives are wellcomes!

does the tr-6s not have a master or kit volume, have you tried to use it? If all that is not enough you should look for a "line level amp/booster" and you will find some. And i found out that this is a known issue with some roland gear, one example:
