Can someone please tell me how to setup this rig?
Rig Kontrol 3 was discontinued ages ago. It's not officially supported on Windows 10 or 11, you can check this article about Windows compatibility with our products here: Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on Windows
You can also check the drivers page and see if tthe driver for Windows 7 will work with Windows 10: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/drivers-other-files/
That product was disontinued back in 2020.
I do not believe it is possible to use it on any modern OS or activate it now.
