Native Access Permissions and Install Issues

Hello everyone!
I've been having trouble installing a few Native Instruments products and could really use some help.
I've used multiple versions of Native Access, and I've even uninstalled and reinstalled all products twice. Most of my products installed without issues at first. However, I'm now unable to install the following:
- Kontakt Player 8
- Massive (the original version, which I purchased two days ago)
- Reaktor Player 6
These three keep trying to install, but nothing actually happens — it looks like they're installing, but then it just stops without any progress or result.
I also tried installing them individually, but I get errors related to permissions, which is strange since other products installed fine during the first attempt.
I've already contacted support via chat, but I haven’t heard back from a specialist yet, likely due to high demand. I really want to start using these products as soon as possible.
Here are my PC specs:
- OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Home
- Version: 10.0.26100 Build 26100
- System type: 64-bit

Can you drop a few screenshots of the errors you're getting please? That'll make it easier to help find the problem.

It does a similar issue when I install from NA2 as well.
