Voucher redeem

Hi folks

I have a £22 voucher that I have tried to redeem for pro tools factory library that is not on any offer etc.. for £17.

When I try to purchase it, it says my voucher is not valid. I am aware that I can only use the voucher for things that are not on offer or discounted etc ( Which is a bit of a bummer because most things that I am interested in using are all on offer and therfore can not be bought using the voucher )

I have asked the chat bot and it says that Pro tools factory library is not on the eligible list for my voucher. I asked it where I could find this list and it just replied about the terms and conditions of the voucher.

Does anyone know of anything I can actually spend this voucher on as I dont wnat to lose it but I also dont want to spend it on somthing that I have to add more money too that I dont acctually want.

It's not valid because that's an AVID product, not Native Instruments.

As per the usual terms & conditions:
