IS ANYBODY OF THE SUPPORT TEAM CAN HELP ME ?!?

Hello, I hope find a solution to my problem here, because nobody responds me at the support, and the chat with the bot, is totally boring… prefer human contact.
I made a serious mistake during checkout on thursday May 29, 2025. I am a subscriber to the MEGA Plan Bundle XXL, and I had received my annual voucher for 10 plugin licenses voucher code.
Unfortunately, I was unable to find the field to enter the voucher code during checkout and accidentally completed the payment via PayPal for the full amount of $425.88.
Immediately after realizing this error, I contacted both PayPal and your support. PayPal has acknowledged the issue and informed me that they will be contacting Plugin Alliance as well. I've made a ticket to support to N.I and Plugin Alliance (same company) last friday, but no response or solution of the sales team since…
As this purchase was supposed to cost me $0 thanks to the included voucher in my plan, I kindly ask for a full refund of the mistakenly charged amount.
PLEASE HELP WILL BE APPRECIABLE !! (bottle in the oceans)

I've juste received now the refound notification by paypal and a solution by Jonhatan from Plugin alliance: great support ! the waiting of 4 last days was terrible, but happy-end finally. Plugin Alliance Support is here but if you already made a ticket then you should not open a second ticket.
Also if you opened a ticket Friday then Support can not have had time to respond yet since they do not work weekends.

@MATAKAO I see the many requests you submitted in our system. Our offices are closed on the weekends so it's normal that you didn't get a reply and it's not something the chatbot can handle. My colleagues will get back to you and sort it out, don't worry. It might take a couple of days to get a reply since the sales special usually means longer reply times. I think my colleagues already got back to you, asking for patience. Please don't submit several requests for the same issue it will only slow down the process. Thanks for your patience.
