Kontakt Factory Library 2 update from 1.3.0 to 1.4.1 download

I updated a dozen or so NI application with Native Access 2, but the Kontakt Factory Library 2 update to 1.4.1 fails on download at the last minute (Paused at 38.66 GB out of 38.67).
I have plenty of space (~780GB) on my SSD, and the installation paths are different folders. The download won't complete, even after multiple tries and rebooting.
All I get is "Download Failed" with no diagnostic messages.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

I wonder, if maybe it's not actually failing on the download but on the first step after (and that failure also makes the progress update fail). So the surfaced visual evidence might be misleading?
And on modern MacOS, the security is so locked down, that pretty weird things can happen.
I wonder, if the MacOS console log might contain error messages, that help with unearthing an error message identifying the underlying issue?

You were right on security issues. There was nothing in any of the System logs, but I created a zipped NI "support file" in Native Access 2. In there, I found a set of application logs with random names, but searched until I found entries from my install attempts.
The installer was trying to create a nested set of directories (/Users/Shared/Kontakt Factory 2 Library/Multis and …/Multis/.preview), but failed for lack of permission. I created the two directories manually in the Terminal app (permissions "755"), and reran the update successfully.
I did check that Native Access 2 had full-disk permissions. The owner of /Users/Shared/Kontakt Factory 2 Library is "41999", created in June 2023 (v. 1.3.0). This may have been working in the v. 1.4.0 install, but overlooked in v. 1.4.1? This is probably a BUG.
Thanks for all your help!

Hello,
have you tried another day later, maybe clean the download folder first.

Got this issue also. Is there a fix? Was going to update to 15 but can't be doing with the drama!
