I'm old and fairly stupid. I bought the Komplete 15 yet all the emails they've sent don't contain a link. I see it in my stuff but I don't know what to do to load it. I wish they had a help desk for older folks…

[Edit by Moderator joining two posts]

I just bought the K 15 collectors edition MOSTLY for the Cremona Ensemble. It is not there! Can someone help me find it?

You need to download and install Native Access first. Once you've installed that you log in using your NI username/password and it should give you a list of all the products you can download.

There are details about how to install and download Native Access and your products here - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access/

Native Access and NTKDaemon will ask for full disk access during the installation, make sure you allow that. Also, once you've installed Native Access the first time you run it you'll be asked for a username/password to make changes. That's your Mac username/password, not your Native Instruments ones.

To install your purchased products, you will need to download and install Native Access first:

(Hint: Check your Mac's processor type by going to the Apple menu (top left) and select 'About This Mac'. If it says "Intel", download "MAC INTEL" - else, "APPLE SILICON".)

Once installed, grant it Full Disk Access - here's how. Then open it and log in with your Native ID. All your products should show up and be ready to install.

Edit: Turns out @mykejb was slightly faster… 😅

Thank you for trying. I do have native access and I see a ton of new things but I can't find the Cremona Ensemble. That's really the ONLY thing I wanted and I was told (through online research as you can't ever find a live person to help) that I needed the Komplete 15- I bought the collectors edition. The Cremona ensemble is no where.

Again, I have the Native Access but, although all advertisements say that this Collector's Edition Contains the Cremona Quartet Ensemble, I can not see it in the download. I feel like they have lied about it or that the information online is faulty. Where is the Cremona Quartet Ensemble? How can I find it? If I have to buy it in addition, I will have spent over $500.

OK, didn't see the other post sorry. The Cremona Quartet Ensemble isn't included in K15CE, but you do get the four individual instruments. The complete content list is here - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/komplete/bundles/komplete-15-ultimate/compare/

all advertisements say that this Collector's Edition Contains the Cremona Quartet Ensemble

I completely understand why you would think that the Cremona Quartet were included. But it does not actually say that it is included , what it says is , quote : "the lush strings of the Cremona Quartet" . With that then alas it appears as if N.I. is referring to "Amati Viola" , Quote : The immaculate, preserved sound of a viola from the creator of the modern violin, sampled in its hometown of Cremona in stunning detail.

For the content of the Komplete 15 Collectors Edition then please see the Komplete15 Collectors Edition compare page .

If you feel that you have not gotten what you were promised then you need to contact N.I. support to see if you can either get Cremona Quartet or alternatively a refund if that is what you want.

    Please contact N.I. Support (all)

    .

@Jeremy_NI , the wording of this should be checked to see if it is as desired by N.I. (?)

If you look at the list of included products (no live person required) there's no Cremona Quartet Ensemble listed.

The 'Cremona Quartet' is the four instruments individually - two violins, viola and cello. The Ensemble is the same instruments but in a single package. There's a sampled vibrato in the ensemble version, but less mic variations. But basically the same instruments.

I think the confusion comes from the description mentioning the Cremona Quartet (the players), and there also being plugins that use their name.

If you REALLY wanted the Ensemble plugin…

Yeah, I can see it's easy to confuse the two. @Old&FairlyStupid you could try contacting support if you genuinely bought the wrong product and see if they can do anything to help. You can do that here - https://bit.ly/NI_Support_All, although there is a note at the top of the page that says support might be a little slower than usual due to the current sale.

    What adverts?

The website doesn't list Cremona as far as I can see?

I have bought the wrong product. I already had Komplete 13 and now I have been misled by the advertising that describes the instruments of the Cremona Quartet. Is there any way to exchange this for the product I wanted? I do not even need what I bought now.

Oh NO! I have bought the wrong product! May I exchange it for the right one?
