Track title tag rewritten when loading in deck

Please help. How can I stop Traktor from rewriting the title tag of some tracks when loading into a deck? It currently happens with some tracks. The affected tracks see new the title tag automatically rewritten to include the track title, number and sometimes album title all the title field, separated by underscores. Very annoying to say the least. Any clues would help. Many thanks!
