My Kontakt 7 goes blank often and now many of my saved sounds don't play. I purchased Kontakt 8 and that is also blank as the screenshots show. Any suggestions as to what could be done?

Have you given ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon and DAW full disk access ? . : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
and are disks of correct format ? : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
