Make it possible to switch Modulation and Expression placements in GUIs

Annoying thing I see on modern GUIs for NI is the strange misplacement of Mod and Expression controls. These are expressive instruments where it would be nice if they are in the order recommended and used by many users.

Many users with composer controls have this order (due to ergonomic benefits):

  1. Expression
  2. Modulation (Dynamics etc)
  3. Breath/Vibrato

In settings of instruments (especally orchestral/cinematic focused) have at least setting so we get our controls in this order - and have a consistent thought around UX with partner designers.

On Kithara for instance Mod and Expression are placed on two sides of the instruments macro controls - place them side by side, and at least give us a setting to have Expression before Modulation (like on Spitfire libraries).

MIDI CC assign is still terrible on newer instruments (drag and drop from midi automation page sidepanel does not work properly). You cannot see if Modulation and Expression has been assigned when you hover over the control. The overal UX for setting up MIDI CC properly for new instruments in a template is really bad. Fix this.
