Any plans on new category - click and drag sample libraries (pehaps spinoff of Kontakt libraries?)

One type of expansion is more klick and drag samples in a DAW. I could see some Kontakt libraries having a companion sample library expansion with samples as an optional way way when you only need certain sounds and bouncing through a Kontakt library is an extra hassle. Just sell it for cheap for those who already owns the Kontakt version. Kinda strange we haven't seen this category of NI Expansions yet.
A good example is Galaxy Instruments Rise & Hit - why not release a companion sample expansion (plus release an updated version of the Kontakt library at the same time). I suspect composers would some time rather drag a sample than running the entire Kontakt instrument.
