Can anyone help with this STRUMMED ACOUSTIC issue??

Hi, Team.

I revisited a couple of old sessions I did while I was on the road years back in an attempt to re-record things I liked and finally finish a couple of songs for a loved one.

The original sessions used to work fine (regardless of the demo issues), but when I loaded it today after a few years, I got this:

Does anyone know what the heck is going on and why?
And more so, how I fix it?

I just want to see all the settings I had on these STRUMMED ACOUSTIC channels, so I can mimic them in another acoustic tool.

It's the same across all 6 channels of this instrument.

Can anyone advise?

    What VP said. Also worth mentioning. The activation changed with Kontakt 5.6 IIRC and the previous activation method is obsolete, so you need to have the latest version of Kontakt 5 installed on your system and activate your products with Native Access.

    "Loaded" it in which version of Kontakt? On which OS?

    What version of Stummed Acoustic are you using?

    Ah, sorry.
    I put all that info in somewhere, and it clearly hasn't appeared…odd.
    (I'll add it to my post)

    I opened an old Cubase session that is using Kontakt 5.1 on Windows 10.
    STRUMMED ACOUSTIC is v1.1

    BTW, if I load STRUMMED ACOUSTIC into a newer version of Kontakt, it works absolutely fine.

    But it's the settings from the K5.1 version I need to see.

    I am betting that the version of Kontakt 5 you have there - is simply not supported under Strummed Acoustic v1.1

    Kontakt 5.1 came out in 2012. Strummer Acoustic in 2017. You might try the very last release of K5 to try and get the versioning into the ballpark - which was June 2018.

    This version is available with Native Access v3.18.1
