Looking at my update prices and trying to figure it out:

"Because you own KOMPLETE 13 ULTIMATE Collectors Edition Upgrade for KOMPLETE ULTIMATE, you qualify for a special loyalty price."

I actually have KOMPLETE 14 ULTIMATE Collectors Edition installed. Would my update price be different if it was seeing v14 as the basis for the discount?

Looking at the web site the update pricing for the update to K15CE is the same for users of K12-K14CE which is £449, or whatever it is in your currency. It doesn't look like there's cheaper pricing for K14CE owners compared to K12CE/K13CE owners.
