Komplete Kontrol S88 Mk3

Hi guys, I have encountered a terrible technical glitch. Does anyone know about this problem. My keyboard is stuck on the message, "Welcome! Add your serial in Native Access. Get full setup instructions at ni.de/Kontrol-setup." I have done all that but the screen on the keyboard still has the same message. It won't reboot or load plugins on Native Access. I have already requested help but it seems there's no new information I am getting. Help!!!

You can verify that the Kontrol Mk3 is connected to the HCS by going to Settings > general > agent version on the device, it should say version 1.9.4 (or higher ?) . If it doesn't, try a different USB-C cable, and/or a USB-C hub instead of connecting directly.
