Is there an Update or not, Firmware, drivers I need to install for my Mac running on Sonoma 14.7 Intel Core? I don't think i wanna update my operating system on my Mac. Please Help or any advice?

I'm not quite sure I understand your question, do you have a specific issue?
The s4 mk3 does not need a driver for windows. There is a firmware updater, but the last firmware is from 2019
