How can i sync my hardware (Traktor S2 MKII ) with fl studio ?

Hello,

you can only sync them, i guess you mean traktor software, with a midi clock signal as shown here the first half, you them enable that midi port in fl studio and enable midi sync for that midi port. You can sync it both ways, so both can be master, that depends on your needs, what way is better.
