Any idea on when 4.2 will be safe to update to?

Seems like NI dropped the ball massively on this update and I'm seeing a lot of posts with issues since updating.

There's next to nothing in the patch notes I'm interested in anyway so I'm holding off for now. I guess we'll get a couple of fixes released in another 7 months…

    what issues have you noticed? 4.2 works just the same as the previous version, have encountered no issues since I updated and I use Traktor 4.2 on a daily bases for 5 hours sets and on certain days. Two sets a day over 8 hours. Not one crash or hiccup yet. 4.2 is just as stable as traktor 3 or traktor 4.1.

    I haven't installed it yet so haven't noticed anything personally, but I've been a user a very long time and haven't seen such negative sentiment from an update before.

    As nothing in the patch is a high priority for me I'd rather wait and see before installing it, even if I can launch 4.1 easy enough.

    On MacOS "relocate missing tracks" will crash Traktor.

    That is the only new bug that I heard of. But of course there are still all the old ones :)
