Djiin and traktor

Good morning, 

I have this DJINN PRO AUDIOPHONY USB MP3 CONTROLLER and a mp218 akai. 

I use the akai to manage my effects, and djiin to mix. 

I have mapped all the knobs with traktor except that sometimes the physical knobs disconnect on the software when I turn them fast. 

For example the master button can switch to 0 during 1/2 seconds

how can I solve this to make my set safe
