How to fix Kontakt error message:"Kontakt has encoutnered a major problem and has been terminated."?

Hello,

I just recently purchased the DJNNBASS virtual instrument, and upon opening Kontakt (standalone) I am greeted with the message stated above.

Does anyone know of a solution?
