Traktor as MIDI clock

Hello-

I am new to DJ software and have access to a NI Dj mixer and Traktor software

I would like to send a MIDI clock out of the mixer to a hardware sampler (the Novation Circuit Rhythm) so the bpm of the track(s) playing on the mixer also sets the tempo for loops playing on the sampler. I am also considering getting the standalone Traktor Kontrol S3, but only if I can use it as the MIDI/bpm master clock

Is any of this possible?
