Can't add new product, keep getting "that path is invalid" error message

I recently purchased "Modern Scoring Strings" from AudioBro. Typed in the serial number, MSS is now visible in Native Access library, when I tried to "add product" I received the error message "that path is invalid." I read "how to fix this" as prompted, with no luck. I cannot locate the "playbox" folder and nothing seems to work. I have the newest version of Native Access.

    Can't locate playbox folder or any files containing .nicnt.

    And have you actually downloaded (and placed) the 130GB library using this?

    Audiobro Download Center - Audiobro

    If that 130GB library is not present - Locate in Native Access - will not work.

    Finally - I am not making any connection between Modern Scoring Strings and PlayBox - which are two completely different libraries. Trying to "relocate" to Playbox for MSS - does not make sense here.

    I must be missing something if Playbox IS actually involved here. Maybe you can clear this up?

    I've downloaded the MSS library. When I click the "add product" button, I'm prompted to choose a location. The previous screenshots are prompts from the troubleshooting article which comes up when that doesn't work. The prompts from NA are telling me to find the Playbox Library folder which contain the .nicnt file within the Kontakt library folder (again, see screenshots above). I cannot locate any of these files as instructed.

    That does not make any sense.

    Playbox has nothing do (I do not think) with MMS.

    That screencap you posted above "Select the Correct Folder" is simply an example - using Playbox (as it's example).

    MMS will have its own folder (the 130GB fileset your downloaded and unpacked) and its own .nicnt file.

    It is this folder that NA is wanting you to point to.

    Can you check if your external storage device is formatted as GUID-APFS format? Also, can you check if Native Access and NTKDaemon apps are still given Full Disk Access? When it works, you will get a folder named "Modern Scoring Strings Library" within the Kontakt folder.
