Komplete 13 ultimate & Maschine bundle software not showing up in Native Access

I purchased the Komplete 13 Ultimate and Machine bundle back in 2021. Used the software for a while but kind of had a long pause but then recently got back into it. I wanted to move the software to a new PC so read the documentation on how to do it and I uninstalled the software off of the old PC and installed Native Access on new PC. None of the Komplete 13 ultimate would show up to install. I tried upgrading the software on the old PC and still no go… Next I log into my account on the NI website and noticed the key is not there. My purchase history says I purchased it… I go to support and they get back to me that night with a generic info of how to generally fix the issue but none of it worked. I got back on the chat and told them that didn't help, The guy asks me what the email address used to register the product and I told him the same email as is on the account, he says thats not it… He tells me he is escalating to 2nd level then no one will get back to me… I attached the receipts from that purchase that NI sent me and everything… I hope I didnt get hacked but more importantly why wont they get back to me… its driving me crazy.

    If being logged to the same account NI website shows the item in purchase history but nor the serial in My Products and Serials surely there must be an error by NI owned products recognition (unless you sold it making a License Transfer).

    In that case ONLY Support can have a look at the situation (and eventually re-add your items by hand). No one else can help you. Therefore I’m afraid you’ll have to wait for the response
