when i try to turn on my M+, it comes on for the intro screen, then immediately powers off

yeah, i fear my maschine plus has seen some extreme shows, and may be kaput, hope not to at least get all of the projects i have made lately out of it. but even if i can, the usb ports need replaces, as well as the 4d encoder. how much would it cost to have my maschine plus fixed by Native? should i get a whole new M+ really?
