You give almost zero information.
To use your unknown N.I. controller in Logic then you either have to use Komplete Kontrol plugin or Kontakt plugin or else the keyboard will be in Midi mode and act as a simple Midi controller. For using the keyboard at all with the computer then depending on the exact keyboard version then you need to install either the NIhostintegrationAgent and NIHardwareAgent (installed by installing the Komplete Kontrol app) or the Hardware Service. All necessities are installed using latest version of Native Access for your OS after which that you need to setup Komplete Kontrol standalone app and Kontakt standalone app.
Otherwise then please be more specific as what is the problem and what is the exact keyboard model.

Can we get more details?
What controller is it? What's your operating system? What version of Logic? What instruments are you trying to play in Logic? Kontakt? Komplete Kontrol? other ones? Non NI ones?
What are the symptoms exactly?
