Mapping JogWheel of Traktor S4 mk3

Hello. I want like my old Pioneer DDJ-SB, map the fist FX buton to JogWheel touch . Explaination : When I want to "easy" scratch", The gater FX switch ON when I touch the JogWheel. On Traktor S4 mk3, no way to map the JogWheel touch !!!
Why ?! Please Native Instruments : add the possibility of mapping JogWheel touch !!
