MBP and Traktor Kontrol S4 MK2

Hi there. I have problems connecting my new MBP M3 with my S4. I switched to a new MacBook two weeks ago. It‘s a M3 from 2023.

With my old MBP I was able to plug and play.
Traktor Pro and Traktor Pro 4 are up to date and so is the firmware of the S4.

What happens when I connect both devices is, that the track plays although all volume controllers are down. No lights are active on my controller and I can’t manage anything’s from the S4.

The sign for a connected controller is not highlighted although the S4 is appearing in the preferences as controller.

I‘ve also tried my Z1 controller and it’s the same.
I guess it’s a communication issue between devices. No hardware problem.

Has anyone experienced such issues?

Oh Wow, this worked out. Thank you! I did every step before (except the last point: Controller Editor) and it didn't work. That was, what the support recommended, but they did not mention the Controller Editor.
